Hidden Jewels
Fiordosur
Nutrisco approached DAf with a challenge: to reposition its premium seafood portfolio for the Chinese and U.S. market, creating a brand capable of communicating far beyond product quality. The objective was to discover a compelling narrative rooted in origin, transforming their king crab and seabass into products whose value begins long before they reach the plate. Thus, we developed a new storytelling inspired by the unique landscape that is the untouched fjords of southern Chile.
Value in the Origin
We created an entirely new visual universe built around the idea of hidden jewels from the edge of the world where seafood was presented not simply as food, but as hidden natural jewels. Inspired by luxury editorial photography, the creative direction transformed king crab and seabass into sculptural centrepieces emerging from raw rock formations, elevating their perceived value while reinforcing their rarity and exceptional origin.
Visualizing Rarity
The campaign’s storytelling transforms Fiordosur's remote Patagonian origin into a narrative of rarity, purity, and discovery:
In the deep South, along Chile’s most remote frontier, nature created one of the world's most extraordinary landscapes.
The fjords stand as natural guardians; immense walls rise from the depths, sheltering pristine waters where nature still keeps secret some of its wildest jewels. Caught at the source, in their purest form, they reach the tables of those who appreciate them most.
Shaped by an untouched environment and caught by the hands of those from one of the planet’s last frontiers, each piece is treated with the care of something precious.
Nourished by ancient glaciers, these cold waters foster remarkable conditions where life thrives. Rare by origin. Exceptional by nature. Not simply seafood. One of a kind.
