The Legend Dressed in White

After seeing the results for the campaign DAf created for their red wine with the fifth iteration of their Wine Legend Campaign, using the George Harrison song “Got My Mind Set On You,” the client wanted to apply the same song but a different look and feel to a campaign for their white wines.

The return of a legend

Having laid the groundwork to present the story of The Wine Legend in previous years, Casillero del Diablo was ready to chart a new path and focus on making an emotional connection between consumers and the legend. The question was how to do just that while respecting the story of previous campaigns and the brand itself.

A Taste of Untamed Nature

After modernizing the brand’s look, the Chilean winegrower’s association Wines of Chile was ready to take the next step in their rebranding process: creating a tagline for the brand overall and developing an international campaign to reposition Chilean wine and capture new consumers. Chilean wine has historically been known for its low price. Wines of Chile wanted to better communicate its quality, focusing on the people behind the wine and the commitment to sustainability to elevate the sense of premiumness. It was essential for the client that both the tagline and the campaign encompass the brand’s three pillars of audacity, innovation and sustainability.
