The challenge was to discover a unifying insight that could transcend language while reinforcing the wine’s confident, insider appeal- a message that signals discernment without the need for explanation.

To broaden the brand’s appeal - particularly among female consumers - we developed a platform linking the wine to the idea of making the right choices in every aspect of life. From music and fashion to golf and social occasions, the narrative positioned 1865 as the natural companion to a lifestyle defined by taste and self-assurance. This approach helped differentiate the brand from traditional fine wine communication by shifting focus from technical credentials to personal empowerment and modern sophistication.
