Italian Glamour, Sweet Spark
Broccato
Our long-time partner, Concha y Toro, set out to create a sparkling wine that could resonate with a new generation of consumers and that would break free from the notion that bubbles belong only to grand occasions. The challenge was to discover a space where elegance, youthfulness, and versatility could coexist: a wine equally at home in intimate gatherings, spontaneous nights in, or stylish evenings out. From the outset, the brand needed strong visual magnetism, premium cues, and a storytelling platform built for digital culture.
Sparkling wine beyond special occasions
Named by DAf as part of the strategic process, Broccato evokes Italian glamour and the rich ornamentation of brocade textiles. This identity became the foundation for a concept that would differentiate the brand from traditional sparkling wines. Rather than centering on milestone events, Broccato was positioned as a joyful companion to impromptu moments- the kind of occasions that feel worthy of a toast simply because they happen.
A name rooted in Italian glamour
The narrative celebrates the product’s chic quality, its effortless versatility, and a lifestyle where elegance is casual rather than ceremonial. Broccato becomes not an accessory to major events, but a catalyst for celebrating everyday victories- the stylish dinner at home, the unexpected reunion, the quiet moment that feels just right. In this way, the brand transforms sparkling wine into a symbol of self-reward and modern living.
Casual elegance as the new luxury
Inspired by the refined textures suggested by its name, the packaging blends classic sophistication with contemporary minimalism. Every detail was designed to translate beautifully across physical and digital environments, ensuring Broccato would feel aspirational yet approachable.
