In honor of its 140th anniversary, Undurraga approached DAf for a new tagline and corporate video. Something that would tell the story of the winery’s illustrious past while also keeping in mind the many possibilities of its bright future.
In the creation of a tagline, we directed our focus onto the dual relationship that Undurraga holds with both its past and future. As a winery that has been in operation since the 19th century, Undurraga stays true to its classic Chilean and European roots while also looking forward, seizing every opportunity for innovation. We captured the sense of this duality in the the tagline “Where Tradition Meets Innovation”.
The video we created communicates this contrast by portraying product innovations, traditional wine growing techniques, and images from a classical wine cellar with more modern ones and examples of Undurraga’s more recent packaging.
Tradition and Innovation are not mutually exclusive.
